We use tools to ensure adequate color contrast, particularly for custom colors outside the core UI framework.

HeroHQ uses Chakra UI, a highly regarded and accessible component library designed with WCAG standards in mind. Benefits include:

• Semantic HTML: Components use proper semantic HTML supporting assistive technologies
• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive controls are operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse
• ARIA Attributes: Components automatically apply appropriate ARIA attributes for screen reader compatibility, with proper descriptions and navigation for images and interactive controls

Our team dedicates itself to ongoing accessibility improvements. Developers and designers receive training on accessible design practices.

User feedback drives accessibility improvements. Our support team maintains direct responsiveness to reported issues, typically addressing concerns within one week.

Known Limitations & Future Commitments

We acknowledge that we have not yet conducted formal accessibility testing with disabled individuals or extensive third-party audits. Our primary keyboard operability assurance relies on native web application functionality.
